Welcome to Mozhi Academy (“us,” “we,” or "our”).
We offer a variety of courses, including but not limited to Communicative English, IELTS, and PTE, run Mozhi Talk Circle (an online speaking club for our alumni), and operate the website https://mozhiacademy.com and the study portal https://courses.mozhiacademy.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and disclose information that you may submit to us through our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Services and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

We collect information related to your progress, performance, and participation in our courses. We may also ask you to provide us with your score reports i.e. IELTS e-TRFs and PTE score reports.

- To provide you with notices about your access to Mozhi’s Study Portal such as expiration and renewal notices;
- To send important updates, respond to inquiries, and share special offers, newsletters, events and marketing or promotional materials related to our courses that may be of interest to you and that you have already enrolled or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information;
- To market our current or future Services if you subscribe to our newsletter on our website and by doing so, you provide us your consent with the processing of your email address for the marketing purposes. There are several ways you can stop direct marketing communications from us: click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email communication that we send you, or withdraw your consent through info@mozhiacademy.com;
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it or in any other way we may describe when you provide the information;
- To showcase the quality of our Services, we may publish on our website and social media platforms your learning data such as your progress and performance in our courses, your test score reports, and other feedback and testimonials you submit to us.
We will seek your explicit consent before using your data for any purpose beyond those outlined above.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide in the following circumstances:

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to deliver certain aspects of our services effectively. These providers may include payment processors, hosting services, email platforms, and analytics tools.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Payments
We use Razorpay for credit and debit card payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Razorpay whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services.
